This project is one of the oldest and imho the best python wrapper for the Telegram Bot API. Apart from providing a great integration of all Telegram types into python, we have a huge extension interface with built-in support for webhook/webserver, rate limiting, a job queue for repeated tasks, etc.

I mostly provide community support, but I contribute code every now and then.
