Recap

This week was a bit of a dozy. I tried a new setup for my Raspberry Pi bird cam but it didn’t work out. I had some youth work related meetings. Then I was in Lübeck for a theater performance which they had to postpone from our last visit because one of the performer got ill. That was a lot of fun. I visited my grandparents on Sunday for Whitsun, before that we surprised an old vicar of our church and visited his service.

Culinary highlight

I made a vegan cake for the Sunday grandparents visit. I used the recipe from kleinstadthippie, sadly only in German. It tastes great though the baking time was a bit off.

Currently watching/reading/listening

I read a lot these days. I finished the Skywards series and am rereading through the Rivers of London series, I am halfway through it. I also read Fabian: The Story of a Moralist, a classic. I quite enjoyed it.

Games

I tried out Kitman, very impressed I imagine it will be a lot of fun to play with friends. And I am in the last galaxy of Super Mario Galaxy 2. We also had a bit of a look into the Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight game, which is a very polished Lego game. Sadly so far a lot of focus on the rather simple combat, and the stealth is rather hard to pull off. Will see how it holds up.
